The works involve substantial demolition including a 210ft Powerhouse on the site of the former Arjo Wiggins Paper Mill site and the subsequent construction of a state of the art multi-million pound timber processing plant and sawmill.
Following the groundworks and infrastructure phase, the first development phase will see investment in secondary processing facilities - including kilning, timber treatment, planing and grading. The second phase will include the building of the new sawmill. | | | |
