The works comprised the erection of a new build housing development on an existing brownfield site. The development provides 16 Nr Flats in two blocks. The block to Burgher Street consists of 8 Nr Flats. The block to Helenvale Street consists of 8 Nr Flats. The construction of both blocks is timber kit with external walls of facing brick and render/glassal panels. Landings and close floors in both blocks will be precast units. Roofs shall be constructed of timber trusses with concrete tiles. New drainage installations and mains service connections from existing supplies.
External works provided include new parking areas, pavements, street lighting, hard and soft landscaping and separate landscape area to Burgher Street.
