The works comprised the alterations and extension to Leeds College of Music to form additional educational accommodation in addition to nine storeys of student residence accommodation above.
Works included the demolition of existing electrical sub-station within the site curtilege and thereafter, full services installations in addition to associated hard and soft landscaping.
