Whilst the usual telephone system will continue to be used for the notification of fatal and major incidents and injuries, all other reportable work-related injuries and incidents under RIDDOR (the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations 1995) will move to an online system.
